Peanut butter shortbreads^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter, softened
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
2 cups Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ingredients until it resembles coarse meal.

Press into an 8" round pan. Pierce with a fork to form 16 wedges, taking care not to cut through to bottom.

Bake about 1 hour until lightly browned. Cut into wedges while still warm.
