Peanut butter bisscuits

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sifted bread flour
1 tablespoon Butter
4 teaspoons Baking powder
3 tablespoons (generous) peanut butter
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Whole eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Sugar
Cold milk to make soft dough

Directions

1. Sift together twice, baking powder,salt and sugar.

2. Cut in butter and peanut butte.

3. Stir in eggs and enough milk to make soft dough.

4. Blend well then knead for 20 sec.

5. Roll out to ½" thickness.

6. Cut with floured biscuit cutter.

7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet close together.

8. Brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
