Pear avocado mousse

Ingredients

2 Very ripe pears, peeled and chopped
1 Very ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Grated orange rind
2 tablespoons Spiced or plain dark rum
½ cup Chopped peanuts or macadamia nuts
1 dash Allspice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree for approximately 1 minute. Pour the pureed mixture into a glass dessert dish or parfait glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve cold.
