Pear salmon paprikash

Directions
Cut pears lengthwise into halves; remove cores with melon baller or ½ tsp. measuring spoon. Set aside. Marinate salmon in wine for 15 minutes; turning & marinate 15 minutes longer. Dry steaks, reserving marinade, & shake with flour; coat both sides with salt & pepper; sprinkle with paprika. Heat butter in skillet; add steaks & brown quickly on both sides. Add reserved wine marinade. Arrange pears around salmon in skillet; simmer, covered, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley & garnish with lemon.
