Penzey's mustard

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Mustard powder
3 ounces Cool water
3 ounces Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in non-reactive container. Place in jars and let stand 4-8 weeks, depending on how strong you want the mustard.
