Pepper jack ties

Ingredients

1¼ | cup | Water |
3 | cups | White bread flour |
½ | tablespoon | Dry milk |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
¾ | cup | Pepper jack cheese, grated |
1 | teaspoon | Dried, crushed red pepper |
3 | teaspoons | Cilantro (I omit) |
3 | teaspoons | Active dry yeast -OR- |
2 | teaspoons | Fast rise yeast |
Directions

these are delicious and not too spicy Add water to pan. Add rest of ingredients except yeast. Place yeast in well on top of dry. Use dough setting.
When done, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Punch down and divide dough into 12 equal parts. Form each piece into a 7 inch rope and tie in knot. Place in greased muffin tin and allow to rise for 25 minutes. Brush with beaten egg and bake and 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
