Pepper steak--old bay seasoning version

1 | pounds | Round steak; cut in thin strips |
1 | cup | Sliced green pepper |
1 | cup | Sliced onion |
½ | cup | Coarsely chopped celery |
1 | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Corn starch |
1 | cup | Water |
1½ | teaspoon | Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning |

Directions
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables.
