Perky dill dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Cream cheese
½ teaspoon Lemon rind; grated
tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Dill weed
teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

Combine cream cheese, at room temperature, lemon rind, juice, dill weed and salt and beat until fluffy. Blend in sour cream.

Chill thoroughly and serve.

This dip is good with radishes, cauliflower flowerettes, etc.
