Persimmon marmalade

2 quarts Persimmons, ripe
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Orange juice
1 Orange; grated rind of

Directions

Cut up persimmons; discard seeds and cores. Mash fruit and cook it with sugar, orange juice, and orange rind until mixture is thick.
