Persimmon supreme

1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
Add 2 cups Ritz cracker | ||
Crumbs | ||
Mix and spread on greased | ||
Pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes | ||
At 350 degrees. Let cool. | ||
Prepare 1 box of Dream Whip | ||
(2 pkgs.) | ||
1 | cup | Sugar |
16 | ounces | Philadelphia cream cheese |
Directions
Whip cheese and sugar together and add to prepared Dream Whip. Spread on top of crust, then add persimmon topping of: 2 cups persimmon pulp ¼ cup sugar 2 cups miniature marshmallows Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.
