1 Egg
3 ounces Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Persimmon pulp
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Milk

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add egg, blend well. Add dry ingredients and milk. Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
