2 | cups | Packed fresh basil leaves |
2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
¼ | cup | Pine nuts |
1¼ | cup | Extra-virgin olive oil |
½ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
½ | cup | Romano cheese |
¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree. Add oil and mix thoroughly, then blend in parmesan and romano cheeses.
Fold in pine nuts with a spatula.
