Pesto sauce for spaghetti

12 | ounces | Vegetable broth; (may use water) |
2 | ounces | (or less)parmesan cheese; grated |
1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
2 | teaspoons | Garlic; minced |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Cayene pepper; (opt) |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and allow to simmer. The longer it simmers the greater the taste.
