Pesto sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Tomato paste
12 ounces Vegetable broth; (may use water)
2 ounces (or less)parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoons Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cayene pepper; (opt)

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and allow to simmer. The longer it simmers the greater the taste.
