Phyllo chicken bites

Ingredients

2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken
Breast, cut into bite size
Pieces
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3 larges Garlic cloves-minced
1 pounds Phllo dough, cut into 4-inch
Strips
Melted butter

Directions

Mix chicken pieces, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic together and refrigerate overnight. Place a piece of chicken on the end of a strip of phyllo dough. Roll up, tucking the ends to make a little pillow.

Dip in a bowl of melted butter, then bake for 15 minutes at 400 F/200 C.
