Honey-dijon chicken bites

½ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Coarse mustard
2 teaspoons Low-sodium soy sauce
1 pounds Boneless; skinless chicken breasts; cut into one inch pieces
2 tablespoons Snipped fresh parsley

Directions

Stir in chicken. Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, line a jelly-roll pan with foil. Remove chicken from marinade and place in pan. Bake until chicken is browned and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
