7 | ounces | Garlic cloves |
1 | cup | White granulated sugar |
¾ | cup | Thai coconut vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Peel the garlic, soak in salted water overnight, then rinse. In medium pan, combine the sugar, vinefar, salt and water. Bring to the boil, stirring, and when the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and cool. PLace the garlic into a resealable bottle and cover with the liquid. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 month before using.
