Pie crust (matzo meal)
1 pie shell
Ingredients

¼ | cup | Matzo meal |
½ | cup | Cake flour |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Pecan nuts, ground |
⅓ | cup | Oil |
Cold water |
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and, with a fork or pastry blender, mix in oil and just enough water to make a moist dough. Pat into a 9" (1 L) pie plate and bake at 400 degF (200 degC) for 10 minutes or until brown.
