Pineapple brunch casserole

8 | ounces | Crushed pineapple |
½ | teaspoon | Onion powder |
1 | cup | Bisquick |

1 | cup | Milk |
4 | ounces | Ham; cooked -- diced |
4 | Eggs -- lightly beaten | |
1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese -- |
Grated | ||
6 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine -- |
Melted | ||
2 | Green onions -- finely | |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350~. Drain pineapple. Reserve 2 Tbls pineapple for garnish, if desired. Combine bisquick, milk, eggs, butter, onion powder and nutmeg in blender or large mixer bowl, until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, onions and pineapple. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until set. Garnish with reserved pineapple, if desired.
