Pineapple cheese ball #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese
2 cups Finely chopped pecans
1 can (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
¼ cup Green pepper; finely chopped
2 teaspoons Onion; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt

Directions

Soften cream cheese & add 1 cup pecans. Add remaining ingredients except remaining pecans. Chill at least 1 hour. Mold into a ball & roll in remaining 1 cup nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls. Serve with crackers.
