Pineapple chicken - for the holiday's

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Chicken peices (up to 3-1/2)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 can (10 oz) consomme
1 can (19 oz) pineabble chunks; drained
½ cup Diced green pepper
½ cup Diced red pepper
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons Soya sauce.

Directions

Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lot's of paprika. Add consomme.

Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
