Pineapple chicken stir-fry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken breasts [boneless skinless 1\" cubed]
8 ounces Your choice of stir-fry
Veggies
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 Clove garlic [crushed]
1 medium Red pepper [cut into strips]
8 ounces Pineapple chunks [drained]
Retain the juice
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Corn starch
2 tablespoons Pineapple juice

Directions

1. Stir fry the chicken and the veggies in the oil, and add the ginger and the garlic. Cook for 5 min. then add the pineapple and the soy sauce... 2. Combine the cornstarch and the pineapple juice and add to the stir-fry, stir and cook for a few minutes `til sauce thickens... 3. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles...
