Pineapple turkey salad^

Ingredients

3 cups Diced cooked turkey
1 cup Celery, sliced
1 cup Crushed unsweetened
Pineapple with juice
½ cup Diced green onions
½ cup Sliced water chestnuts
Lettuce
PINEAPPLE DRESSING
3 tablespoons Pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Dried tarragon
1 tablespoon Orange marmalade,
Unsweetened
½ cup Lowfat yogurt

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients. Combine salad inredients except lettuce.

Combine dressing and salad. Chill. Serve over lettuce.
