Pineapple pound cake

½ cup Butter or shortening
3 larges Eggs
½ cup Unsweetened frozen pineapple
Juice concentrate, thawed
½ cup Water
cup White flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

CAKE

In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or shortening), eggs, pineapple juice concentrate, and water until thoroughly blended. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; beat just until blended.

Spoon mixture evening into a 9" x 5" oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
