Pineapple upside down ham loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon Ground cloves
teaspoon Nutmeg
1 medium Can of sliced pineapple
2 pounds Ground ham
1 cup Bread crumbs
cup Chopped parsley
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon Ground cloves

Directions

Combine brown sugar, flour, 1 ts mustard, ⅛ ts cloves and nutmeg.

Sprinkle over bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan. Drain pineapple, reserving ½ cup of syrup. Arrange pinepple slices on sugar mixture.

Combine remaining ingredients and reserved syrup, blending well. Pack on top of the pinepple. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Invert on heated serving platter. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-29-95
