Pineapple and brown sugar glazed ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Dubuque Fleur De Lis Ham; or other fully
; cooked ham
1 can Dole crushed pineapple
cup Light brown sugar
2 cups Pineapple juice

Directions

In a large roasting pan (big enough so the ham doesn't touch the sides).

Place the ham in the bottom. Score the top making cut ⅛" deep in a diagonal pattern with cuts approximately 1" apartbsp.

Pour pineapple juice in bottom of roasting pan. Spread the brown sugar evenly over top of the ham. Pour crushed pineapple over brown sugar.

Cover the pan with a lid or tent with foil. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 3 - 5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
