Piquant pecans

3 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
3 Cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon Hot Sauce (or to taste)
3 cups Pecan halves

Directions

In a small skillet, met butter of margarine. Add garlic and hot sauce, cook one minute. Add pecans and toss to coat with mixture.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet; bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring occasionally. Pecans will crisp when cool.
