Plantains in coconut milk

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 eaches Plantains, peeled & sliced
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
teaspoon Cloves
cup Coconut milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except coconut milk in a heavy pot. Pour in 1 c coconut milk & simmer over a low heat until the plantain is tender & milk is absorbed. Add more mil if necessary. Serve hot.
