Bananas in a rich coconut sauce

6 | larges | Peeled bananas |
And sliced diagonally about | ||

Directions

1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan and add the sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. 2.
Remove from the heat and stir in the banana slices. Bring back to a boil for a few seconds to coat the bananas. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
