| 1 | pack | (750 gram) McCain Gold n Crisp Cross Trax Potatoes |
| ½ | cup | Crumbled feta cheese |
| ½ | cup | Sliced black olives |
| ½ | cup | Chopped, seeded tomato |
Directions
Bake the potatoes in a 450 F oven for about 10 minutes. Turn potatoes over and bake an additional 5 minutes or until nice and crispy. Place on platter. Sprinkle the feta cheese, olives and tomato over top and serve immediately.
