Plum crumble - country living

4 | mediums | (1 1/4 lb) plums, pitted and sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
3 | tablespoons | Quick rolled oats |
3 | tablespoons | Firmly packed light-brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons | All-purpose flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
Directions
1. In medium-size bowl, combine plums, honey, and cornstarch. Divide plum mixture into four 8-oz microwave-safe custard cups.
2. In same medium-size bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut butter into oat mixture; sprinkle evenly into plum-filled custard cups.
Microwave on high (100 percent) 6 to 7 minutes or until plum juices bubble; rotate cups midway through cooking. Cool crumble 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
