¼ | cup | Water |
1 | tablespoon | Mustard, dry; PLUS |
1 | teaspoon | Mustard, dry |

Place ham, fat side up, in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Drain plums, reserving juice; set plums aside. Combine plum juice, brown sugar, water, and dry mustard; mix well. Pour half of glaze mixture over ham. Wrap foil loosely around ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3-½ hours (about 30 minutes per pound).

Score ham in a diamond pattern, making cuts ¼" deep in ham fat.
Spoon remaining glaze mixture over ham, and return ham to oven.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, basting frequently.
Garnish with plums.
