Mustard glazed ham

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 pounds Fully cooked ham
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dry white wine

Directions

Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered, in a 325~ oven for 1¾ to 2 ¼ hours or until a meat thermometer registers 140~.

Meanwhile, for glaze, in a small bowl combine mustard, sugar and wine. Mix well. Brush ham 2 or 3 times during the last 20 mins of cooking. Source: National Pork Producers Council Formatted by jayne@...
