Poke aku (hawaiian raw fish)

1 pounds Aku
½ cup Blanched and chopped limu
Kohu
1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
1 Hawaiian red pepper, seeded
And minced.
2 teaspoons Ground, roasted kukui nuts

Directions

Cut aku into ½ inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
