Poke aku - shoyu style

Ingredients

2 | pounds | Aku (skipjack tuna) |
3 | tablespoons | Fresh ginger root; grated |
½ | cup | Green onions; chopped |
½ | cup | Shoyu (soy sauce) |
2 | tablespoons | Toasted sesame seeds; ground |
Directions
Cut aku into ½" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
