Poke aku - shoyu style

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Aku (skipjack tuna)
3 tablespoons Fresh ginger root; grated
½ cup Green onions; chopped
½ cup Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds; ground

Directions

Cut aku into ½" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
