Polenta parmesan

Ingredients

ounce Polenta, uncooked instant
1 (quick cooking yellow corn
1 Meal)
¾ ounce Cheese, Parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon Margarine
teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Tomato sauce
ounce Cheese, mozzarella part-skim
1 (shredded)

Directions

1. In 1½ qt saucepan, brint 1 ½ cups water to a full boil. Stir in polenta, parmesan cheese, margarine, and garlic powder. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes. 2. Spray 8-inch flameproof pie pan with nonstick cooking spray; pour polenta mixture into pie pan. Preheat broiler. 3. Pour tomato sauce over polenta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is golden, about 2 minutes.
