Popeye's pork ball soup

1 | teaspoon | Soy sauce; |
6 | cups | Chicken consomme; |
10 | ounces | (1 pk) frozen spinach; |
1½ | pounds | Turkey; |
½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger; |
2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch; |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper; |
2 | Eggs; beaten chopped | |
Oil for frying meatballs |

TURKEY MEATBALLS
PORK BALL SOUP: Combine ground pork, onion, garlic salt, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, pepper, and eggs. Mix well and shape into meats ball. Heat pressure cooker. Brown meat balls. Add cconsomme. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 15 MINUTES. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Add spinach and cook 3 minutes in open pressure cooker. 4 to 6 servings.
TURKEY BALL SOUP: Brown turkey balls in small of shortening.
HINT: If some soup is left over, freeze and reheat another day adding thin noodles and more consomme. Source: Pressure Cooking is Pleasure Cooking.
