Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
3 ounces French vannilla pudding mix
cup Sweet sherry
cup Poppy seed
Stick butter
4 xes Eggs
8 ounces Sour cream
Stick butter
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Sherry
¼ cup Water

Directions

GLAZE

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for a full 5 mins.

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan. GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins.

Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake. Let cake cool in pan.

Freezes great. 12:05 PM
