Pork & barbecue sauce on bun

Ingredients

1 pounds Cook pork -- thinly sliced
cup Bbq sauce
4 larges Hamburger buns -- buttered
***BBQ Sauce***
1 medium Onion -- sliced crosswise
1 Clove garllic -- minced
2 tablespoons Butter
¾ cup Ketchup
½ cup Dry white wine or sherry
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Directions

Stir sliced pork into bbq sauce. Cook over low heat until pork is hot.

Spoon pork with bbq sauce into hamburger buns. Garnish with dill pickles and coleslaw.

BBQ sauce. Saute onion and garlic in butter in heavy saucepan for 3-4 min or until onion is soft, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Simmer 5 min.
