Pork and squash in foil

4 | Pork loin; or rib chops, 1/2 inch thick | |
Salt and Pepper | ||
2 | Acorn squash; cut into halves, remove seeds and membranes | |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar, packed |
¼ | cup | Honey |
¼ | cup | Butter |
Paprika |
Directions
Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place each chop on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, 18x12 inches;sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fill hollow of each squash half with 1 tablespoon each brown sugar, honey, butter;sprinkle with paprika. Place one squash half on each pork chop, cut side down, wrap in foil. Cook on cookie sheet 400 degree oven about 55 minutes.
