Pork chops with apple-thyme marinade

Ingredients

1 | can | Frozen apple juice concentrate (6 oz.); thawed |
¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |
3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme; crushed |
4 | Pork loin chops | |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
Directions
Combine juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and thyme in a shallow glass dish or heavy plastic bag. Add pork; cover dish or close bag. Marinate in the refrigerator up to 8 hours turning pork once or twice. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Season pork lightly with salt and peper.
Oil grill to prevent sticking. Grill pork on covered grill, over medium heat, 8 to 14 minutes, turning once.
