Pork chops with fruit

4 eaches Iowa Pork Chops (1\" thick)
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Apricots halves
¼ cup Prune juice
6 eaches Stewed prunes
¼ cup Apricot juice
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste

Directions

Sear chops in hot skillet. Season with salt and paprika. Cover chops with fruit. Add juice and cover pan tightly. Cook 30 minutes over medium heat. (chops an be transferred to a casserole dish with tight lid and placed in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes) Enjoy
