Fruit smoked pork chops

¼ | cup | Fruit juice -- or water |
1½ | teaspoon | Vinegar -- cider |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar, brown -- firmly |

Directions
Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and apple; set aside.
Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
