Pork hash and nori

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Ground pork |
2 | tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame seed (up to) |
4 | Stalks green onion; chopped | |
1 | pack | Sushi nori |
½ | can | Water chestnuts; chopped |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | dash | MSG |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-½" lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.
