Portsmouth frosting

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter; melted and cooled
¼ cup Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Confectioner's sugar

Directions

Mix butter, cream and vanilla. Slowly beat in sugar until thick and creamy.

Makes enough to fill and frost an 8" layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
