Potatoes and chicken dijon

4 | mediums | Potato, Sliced 1/4\" Thick |
1 | pounds | Chicken Breast Halves, Boned And Skinned |
¼ | cup | Barbecue Sauce, Honey Dijon |
1 | teaspoon | Dried Tarragon |
Directions
While potatoes cook, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, toss and brown chicken over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add barbeque sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
