Potatoes and chicken dijon

Quantity Ingredient
4 mediums Potato, Sliced 1/4\" Thick
1 pounds Chicken Breast Halves, Boned And Skinned
¼ cup Barbecue Sauce, Honey Dijon
1 teaspoon Dried Tarragon

Directions

While potatoes cook, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, toss and brown chicken over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add barbeque sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
