Prairie wheat salad

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Wheat |
8 | ounces | Cream cheese |
19 | eaches | Crushed pineapple |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
3½ | ounce | Pkg vanilla instant pudding powder |
3 | cups | Whipping cream, whipped |
Directions
Wash wheat and place in a 6 cup saucepan. Cover with cold water, soak overnight. In the morning, drain and rinse well in cold water.
Cover with fresh water and cook, simmering, for about 5 hours. Don't let wheat get to soft. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Stir in the cream cheese, pineapple, lemon juice and instant pudding powder.
