Priscillas' salad dressing

1½ cup Cottage cheese -- small
Curd
1 pack Priscilla's Salad Dressing
Mix
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Vinegar

Directions

Place cottage cheese in a medium-sized bowl; set aside. In a blender container, combine Priscilla's Salad Dressing Mix, vegetable oil and vinegar. Blend for 5-8 seconds. Pour over the cottage cheese; fold together until well blended. Cover and refrige Makes about 3 c .
