1½ | cup | Brown sugar; packed |
1 | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
½ | cup | Coconut flakes |
2 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1½ | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
2 | tablespoons | Orange juice |
1 | teaspoon | Orange rind; grated |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
BOTTOM LAYER
MIDDLE LAYER
TOP LAYER
BOTTOM LAYER: Combine butter and flour, which has been sifted with the baking powder and salt. Spread in 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
MIDDLE LAYER: Combine ingredients and spread over bottom layer. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
TOP LAYER: Combine ingredients and spread over nut layer. Cut into tiny squares, as they are very rich. Recipe by: PuaMei
