Ingredients

1 Creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1 pack (4 serving size) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated fat-free milk, chilled

Directions

Place cookies in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush cookies with rolling pin.

Place pudding mix (dry) in medium bowl. Gradually beat in chilled milk about 2 minutes, using wire whisk, until creamy and thickened. Chill about 5 minutes or until firm.

Spoon pudding into 4 plastic cups or dessert bowls. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Yield: 4 servings Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
