Pudding chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter or margarine; (2 sticks)
¼ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar
1 Box instant pudding (vanilla or choc is good); (4 serving)
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 pack Chocolate chips; (peanut butter if using choc pudding)

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, pudding mix (dry), eggs and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and soda. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire racks.
